Solveware is an innovation and problem-solving company based in Johannesburg, South Africa. For this website, Solveware is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company if you give it, the topic you choose and your message.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our bot protection uses similar technical signals to tell people from automated traffic.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

We use what you send us to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and working.

We rely on your consent when you send us a message, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.

Vercel hosts the website and provides bot protection. Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox. Both act as operators on our behalf and may process information outside South Africa, under safeguards that give protection comparable to POPIA.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months if no work follows, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@solveware.africa.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

The site is served over HTTPS only, form submissions are validated on our server, and messages are sent to us as plain text. Access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it.
